I think its typical for this game that guns gets streched somehow. Its like you have to scale down the gun before export to make it shorter. The look ok in modeler program but not in game. It's just a trade off. A good place to start is to make edges lighter or even totally white so it looks reflective.

I like this a lot. I like how you textured it. You have your own style. One thing about the skin, though is it's like full-bright. You need shadows and speculars to give it life. The animation blows my mind!
